These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the AeroBot UK online store.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. Products and Prices
Product descriptions, specifications and prices are displayed on our website.
Prices are shown in GBP unless otherwise stated.
The total amount payable, including any applicable delivery charges, will be shown before you complete your order.
We may update prices or product information from time to time. Changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted, except where required by law or where an obvious error has occurred.
2. Orders
When you place an order, you will normally receive an order confirmation by email.
Please check your order details, including:

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason, for example suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error or lack of stock. If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, the appropriate amount will be refunded.
3. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
Payment services may be provided by third-party payment providers and may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
4. Delivery
Orders are normally processed within the timeframe stated in our Shipping Information.
Estimated delivery times are provided before or during the ordering process.
Unless another delivery period has been agreed, UK distance-selling rules generally require goods to be delivered within 30 days.

5. Delivery Address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible.
If an incorrect or incomplete address results in documented additional carrier charges, we may charge reasonable actual additional costs where permitted by law.
6. 14-Day Right to Cancel
For most goods purchased online, consumers normally have the right to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
After notifying us of the cancellation, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

7. Returns and Refunds
Where you validly exercise your right to cancel, refunds will be handled in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
You may inspect and handle goods in a similar way to how you could reasonably inspect them in a shop.
If handling goes beyond what is reasonably necessary and results in a reduction in value, an appropriate deduction may be made where permitted by law.
We do not charge an automatic fixed percentage restocking fee for exercising the statutory cancellation right.
8. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

Your rights relating to faulty goods are separate from the 14-day cancellation right.
Nothing in our warranty or returns policy limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
9. Warranty
Where we provide a commercial warranty, that warranty is an additional benefit.
It does not replace or reduce your statutory consumer rights.
10. Website and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep product information, specifications, images, prices and availability accurate.
Minor colour differences may occur because of screen settings, photography or lighting.
If we discover an obvious error in product information or pricing, we will take reasonable steps to correct it and, where necessary, contact affected customers.
11. Acceptable Use
You must not use our website:

In particular, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights relating to faulty goods, goods that are not as described, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK consumer law.

16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time, for example because of changes to our services or legal requirements.
The version that applied when your order was placed will normally continue to govern that order.
17. Applicable Consumer Law and Disputes
These Terms do not deprive UK consumers of any mandatory protections available under applicable UK consumer law.
If a dispute arises, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve the matter directly.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
